for small size and gently abrasive materials such as coals, grains, sand, the higher speed is suiable (2-4m/s)

for big size and abrasive materials and friable materials such as large coal, large ores, coke, slowing down the speed (1.25-2m/s)

for powdery materials and materials with dust, the speed is less than 1.0m/s to prevent the flying dust

for bulk goods, materials which roll down easily, the suitable speed is less than 1.25m/s

2. the layout and discharge of conveyor

using the unloading trolley to unload materials, the speed of conveyor belt is less than 3.15m/s

using a plow shape unloader, the speed of conveyor belt should not exceed 2.8m/s

for large inclination conveyor, the downward speed of conveyor belt should not exceed 3.15m/s
